2. RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt.

If an item is not shipped back in the *original condition, or within the 14 days we will not refund the item. So please check this before returning your item.

*All items returned need to contain all the still attached tags and must have no signs of being used, worn, washed or modified. When returning your item you are required to inform us (info@ektypon.com) about the day of returning the item, including an trackingcode and the carrier.

1.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

2.  The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

3.  Reimbursement will usually take 2-4 weeks, after receiving the package, before being processed and the payment to be returned.

4.  Returned items which do not include all necessary information, should expect an delay in their reimbursement.

• Faulty items or Wrong items If the item you received is faulty or wrong, please contact info@ektypon.com quoting your order number, your name and address and details of the product.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

• Please note that all these returns should be done no later than 7 days after agreements are made through e-mail conversation, and contain all required information as mentioned before.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

• Our contract when you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

• Pricing and availability whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

• Payment Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
